Ademola Solanke

Ade is one of the founding partners at Hayworth Coopers Limited. He is an economist / chartered accountant by profession with extensive experience of working in the public sector in the United Kingdom. He started his career at Elf Oil Nigeria Limited before relocating to the United Kingdom.

In January 2001, he joined Action for Blind People (a UK based charity) as management accountant and worked there for a year before moving to Circle 33 Housing Group. In February 2003, he joined the Crime Reduction Service at the London Borough of Lewisham as Head of Business Development and Support where he took a disenfranchised, demoralised group of undervalued staff building them into a cohesive and supportive team of motivated and empowered individuals who earned great credibility and respect within the organisation.

In 2004, he joined the Social Service Directorate of London Borough of Lewisham as Head of Business Support where he successfully integrated the back office functions (systems, finance, admin and performance monitoring).

Ade is a strong team player experienced in strategic decision making, and with a track record of analysing complex problems, identifying solutions, and driving results. His proven ability to effectively plan and meet aggressive deadlines on multiple projects came in handy at London Borough of Lewisham where he successfully managed the implementation of two business critical systems.

He is an experienced Lean Six Sigma project manager and enjoys helping organisations drive out waste and inefficiencies in their internal processes.

Ade is an economist, Chartered Accountant (ACCA), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma green belt holder. He has attended various leadership development trainings including the prestigious HayGroup Leadership Development Centre.

Adedapo Olatunji

Hayworth Coopers’ founding partner and principal consultant Dapo Olatunji offers both a broad range of technical experience and expertise, and a solid understanding of the modern business environment.

Dapo graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2000 with honors in Accountancy and Finance, and then went on to attain his ACCA qualification. He followed his interest in testing Financial Systems and gained his ISEB Certification in software testing. Following a series of assignments in the banking and Insurance industry, he went on to become a certified SAP FI/CO configuration consultant.

Dapo started his professional career in 2000 with TeliaSonera, a Scandinavian international telecommunications company. Through the duration of his employment with TeliaSonera, Dapo was responsible for the financial and management reporting of UK, Ireland, Singapore, Paris and Netherlands offices. Dapo most notably played an integral part in an organisation restructure, which required a brief secondment in Frankfurt, Germany, where he successfully reappointed functions and responsibilities, delivering a streamlined team achieving operational excellence through refined and improved processes. In 2003 he headed the project steering committee for the implementation and roll-out of a new accounting system (SAP FI/CO) for several entities throughout Europe. His unrelenting commitment to the project ensured the timely implementation and subsequent go live of the system.

Since leaving TeliaSonera at the end of 2004, Dapo set up his own business systems and accounting consultancy, through which he has held a number of positions in various financial services institutions. He carried out assignments for Bank of America, Zurich Financial Services and Kiln (a Lloyds of London underwriting agency).

More recently, Dapo has been working with Munich Re on their Information Quality project, assisting with the implementation of a new central database within the Munich Re systems landscape. Dapo went on to establish Hayworth Coopers, a business development and corporate strategy consultancy providing innovative business solutions.

Dapo is a seasoned professional who has been on the frontline of business success but also developed with the growth and management of businesses in the real world. It is for this reason clients find that his ability to understand both their business needs and objectives, and the technical complexities and challenges inherent in modern technological environment gives him the ability to bridge the gap between management goals and successfully completed business projects.
